About the Builder

David Murray

David Murray has been building homes for 25 years. He is more than a builder...he is also the developer of his projects, which means he makes a substantial investment in each project. He, as developer, oversees every aspect of the design and development of the subdivision from planning and permitting, to the site and infrastructure work, to the construction of the homes.  He takes thoughtful approaches to land utilization with an emphasis on preservation. This is important in efforts to maximize and enhance the value of the individual homes. David has a distinctive construction style which combines new construction technologies with the “old school” construction practices of quality that is built to last. 

 

His resume is a veritable “who’s who” of subdivision throughout the north shore and metro west areas of Boston. Examples and homes of subdivisions he has developed and built are North Ridge, an active adult-community in North Reading; Sandy Pond Estates, in Ayer; Old Coach Road, in North Reading; Pond View Lane, in Reading; Berridge Way, in North Reading and so many others. Additional examples of his building expertise are exhibited in multiple commercial buildings including the Teradyne Building in Waltham, which is 180,000 square feet and more locally, the Carter Coleman Building in Reading, which is 18,000 square feet.
