Lillian has closed over $1.5 Billion dollars worth of real estate in her career. She also personally coaches several of America’s top real estate agents. Lillian has also been recognized by the National Association of Realtors as America’s #1 Female Real Estate Agent. She is active in several community activities including the Andover Montessori School, North East Builders Association. YWCA, YMCA, and North Andover Lions Club. Lillian is only one of 67 real estate associates nationwide to have achieved 8 educational designations. Her firm also is a member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, the #1 relocation company internationally.
Lillian has been a Brinton Super Star, a member of Bill Barrett’s Top 50 and has been a keynote Speaker at NAR, the National Association of Realtors annual conference, and numerous Real Estate and Business seminars around the world, including Bali, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and the United States. She and her husband Bob, were recently recognized by Art and Antiques Magazine as being one of America’s Top 200 Art Collectors in 2 different categories; Primitive Art and Decorative Arts. Their home was recently featured in Boston Magazine, Art and Antiques, and the North Shore magazine. Their collections have been featured in Art and Antiques, Veranda, Shelter and various Wood Art Magazines.
Robert M. Bohlen
Robert Bohlen ABR, GRI, CRS, CCIM and his real estate team have closed over 9,600 transactions. Bohlen also chairs the University Of Michigan Museum Of Art Advisory Board, and recently chaired the $100,000,000 campaign for the museum expansion. In the first 12 months since the museum reopened, more than 250,000 visitors have toured the museum.
Bohlen has personally coached hundreds of the top Real Estate agents in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the United States on a one on one basis.
He and his wife Lillian are partners and principals of Lillian Montalto Signature Properties at 34 Park Street, Andover MA. Bob has recently relocated to the Andover and North Andover Real Estate market from Michigan.

Eric Frahlich, Managing Director
As the Managing Director, since 2001, Eric is responsible for ensuring that each guest has the best real estate experience possible. Eric’s 13 years as a Food and Beverage Executive at Four and Five Star hotels, such as the Boston Harbor Hotel and The Four Seasons Hotel Boston, uniquely qualifies him as our “resident service expert.” Eric has been a long term client of Lillian’s prior to assuming this management role. He ensures that every aspect of Lillian Montalto Signature Properties is focused on achieving Lillian’s mission of creating “Raving Fans”.
Closing Department
James Flynn, Closing Coordinator
James Flynn joined the Closing Department of Lillian Montalto Signature Properties after 15 years in the beverage management side of the restaurant and hospitality industry. Most recently, James was the General Manager and Wine Director for the Andover Inn. Previously, he was Beverage Manager for Smith & Wollensky Steak House in Boston and was Sommelier for The Federalist, also in Boston; in fact, he earned the award, “Best Sommelier in Boston”, from Boston Magazine.
James’ main objective for the Closing Department at Lillian Montalto Signature Properties is to ensure each client is well-served and each transaction is brought to a successful conclusion.
Listing Department
Robert Wang, Listing Coordinator & Personal Assistant
Robert Wang joined Lillian Montalto Signature Properties in January 2010 to manage and coordinate the efforts of the Listing Department. Robert is responsible for the entire listing process, thus ensuring each listing is accurate and complete. Robert holds his M.B.A. degree from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.
Prior to coming to the United States in 2007, Robert had been working as a real estate appraiser and financial analyst for 5 years after receiving his bachelor degree in real estate in China. Besides his solid academic and practical backgrounds in real estate, he is also committed to maintaining relationships with our local Chinese community and speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese.
Administration & Administrative Support
Nancy Otovic, Concierge
Nancy joined Lillian Montalto Signature Properties in 2001, as an Executive Assistant at the Concierge Desk. She is responsible for incoming calls, the scheduling of all real estate appointments and greeting all guests upon arrival. Before joining Lillian’s team she worked as an office coordinator for a small computer company in Ipswich and owned her own business.
Darcy Sauhter-Worthen, Concierge
Darcy’s high energy, attention to detail and customer service experience from the Restaurant industry, coupled with her in-depth experience in call centers; make her the ideal person to assist as a Concierge at Lillian Montalto Signature Properties.
Sue Finn, Administrative Agent
Sue currently serves Lillian Montalto Signature Properties as an Administrative Agent. Her background in real estate sales and marketing, coupled with her administrative training, makes Sue uniquely qualified to exceed our guests expectations. A past associate of several companies in marketing, sales and administrative capacities, Sue has represented Lillian Montalto Signature Properties at the Andover office since February 2001.
Mary Aubert, Bookkeeping
Mary has been associated with Lillian Montalto since 1993 and has been an integral part of Lillian Montalto Signature Properties since its inception. Her background in bookkeeping and accounting has greatly benefited Lillian’s Five Star Team.
Marcelle Gagnon, Maintenance Engineer
Marcelle is in charge of keeping things neat and clean in our unique environment. We are indebted to Marcelle for her pleasant smile, her jokes of the day, and making our office the sparkling showcase that it is for our guests.

Jim Sullivan, Technology Consultant
Jim who is the Principal of Productivity Systems, Inc., has long been associated with Lillian Montalto Signature Properties since the mid-1990’s. He is directly responsible for our technological prowess and for helping to keep the firm on the cutting edge with technology.
Sales Staff
Lisa Crowley, Residential Specialist
Lisa has a wealth of industry experience bringing with her over 15 years of experience in New Construction and 8 years in residential real estate sales. She also has degrees in Business Law and Marketing from Boston College, is a certified Buyer Representative (CBR) and is a Notary Public.
James King, Residential Specialist
Jim is an experienced real estate sales professional, licensed to sell real estate in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Jim is a long time resident of Harvard, MA. where he has an in depth knowledge of the local area market with a flair for the high end and antique home segments of the real estate market. Although an engineer by training, Jim is a Certified Buyer’s Agent and volunteers for the Local Council on Aging as a Group Manager.
Taylor Martel, Residential Specialist
Taylor attends Merrimack College as a business major. She started at Lillian Montalto Signature Properties as an intern and has developed into a Residential Specialist. She is now one of Lillian’s Showing Partners. Taylor has several years of experience in marketing and offers her expertise and efficiency in the buying, selling and rental process. Taylor is a native of Andover and has a vast knowledge of the local community

Colleen Mitchell, Loan Officer
Colleen is a mortgage loan office who works directly with Lillian Montalto Signature Properties to help in the financing of properties. She grew up in the Merrimack Valley and graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, with a degree in Criminal Justice. She is married with two children and has been in the mortgage business for over 18 years. Colleen’s knowledge of the industry and strong work ethic make her a great match for Lillian’s Five Star Team.
Design and Staging
Sandra Sullivan, Design/Staging Division
Sandi runs our Design and Staging Division. With her artistic attention to detail, she can take a plain vanilla room and transform it into a place you want to call home. Sandi Sullivan has been working with area builders for over 15 years. She is experienced with all phases of new construction sales, including condominiums and single family homes. Because of her background, she is able to make the experience of buying or building a new home memorable.
