Soon after our initial meeting, we’ll get together at our office to look over our information and findings. We will review our marketing services, discuss the process of how to sell a house, look at the Comparative Market Analysis and provide you with further information on the local marketplace. Once we have established our credentials and you agree we are qualified to get your home sold, an agreement will be signed and we will introduce you to the rest of the Team.
STAGING YOUR HOME
A proper staging technique is a key component in selling your home for top dollar. Upon hiring us for our services, you will have a complimentary consultation with our partnered staging expert. Together, you will establish the extent in which your home should be staged and whether you want to use staged furniture or your own. Our stager will create an exclusive report for you, which includes recommendations for low-cost and high-end solutions depending on whether you need minimal or complete staging.
Once your property looks its absolute best, we will bring in our professional photographers and videographers. Our Team will then prepare and distribute the marketing materials, from floor plans and high-quality photography, to a visual tour, aerial drone footage (if necessary), brochures, Just Listed postcards, and online retargeting ads that follow buyers around the internet.
SHOWCASING YOUR PROPERTY
By using a variety of sophisticated online marketing techniques, we will be able to identify potential buyers. In addition, we will advertise your property through strategic positioning on Zillow, Facebook and our own website. Once your home goes live on the MLS, it will sync to hundreds of other listing websites. When an offer is presented, the process will continue with our Closing department, who will professionally handle the final stages.
